Online + in-Person in Colorado

Therapy for relationships, work & art.

Therapy and counseling online and in-person in Colorado for individuals, couples, and groups who want to deepen their relationships to others, themselves, their work and creative practice.

Let’s discover where you’re stuck so you can live more intentionally and authentically.

Your space to process, heal, and grow.

We all need time to slow down, explore what is and is not working in our lives, and figure out how we want to move forward. You will have a confidential, judgement-free space to explore where you are stuck and how to get unstuck.

My office is located in the Denver Metro area. Can’t make it into the office? No worries—I’ve got you covered with teletherapy.

Hi, I’m Ariana Griffith.

I’m a licensed professional counselor and coach and I’m passionate about helping you understand how your past wounds may be affecting you and preventing you from living fully in the present so you can become your future self.

We all contain multitudes. We’re made up of contradictions and paradoxes, different identities and roles that we play. I want to help you explore these different parts of yourself, whether it be aspects of your gender, sexuality, race, ethnicity, social class, faith, or values.

Through healing past wounds and understanding the different facets of who you are and what’s important to you, you can live more fully and authentically. You can deepen your understanding of yourself, how you show up in your relationships, your work, your creative practice, and can make intentional choices about how you create your future self.
